Online Conference Instructions for Administrators

Introduction
The buyer provides relevant files and information, and the Rongyi Network system administrator can assist in publishing meetings or educational training videos online. Supplier personnel can directly participate and watch online.
Check the Viewing Status of Suppliers
Buyer may check the status of online supplier conference (the system will keep updating status).
Instructions:
- After logged in Light platform, click the
button on the upper right.
Caution! Light platform users require basic permission to access
- After automatically redirect to the ezGPM.NET platform and log in, click [Security] > [Online Supplier Conference Management].
- Search for the records you need to check.
- Check the list of online conference details.
- Click the blue texts to link to the specific conference record lists.
List Tab Instructions
When you click [total suppliers], [Attended], and [non-attendance] columns, it will display a window with four tabs.
- Basic Info: It displays the main information created by ezGlobal representative. It viewed only.
- EzLearning: An additional feature tutorial video. This function will be displayed at the top right corner of the online vendor conference (the screen above is for this tab, and below is the screen for vendors to enter the course).
- Class record: The viewing status of suppliers is available to check.
- Suppliers Course Record: The viewing status of suppliers is available to check.
