Function
The REACH Survey allows suppliers to upload any declaration, and declare the substances tested in the declaration/report.
Main Page - Searching Columns
Searching Condition
You may search for certain REACH Survey by setting different conditions. The instructions are as follows:
Field | Description | Remark |
---|---|---|
Buyer | The buyer's name. | Suppliers will be able to distinguish different buyers' names should the platform be combined. |
Part No. | Also known as IPN. It is an identifier of a particular part design used in a particular industry and should be the same as that of ERP's. | |
Part Name | Part Name, which is usually the same as ERP's | |
MPN | Manufacturer Part Number, a manufacturer-assigned number which is used to identify a product among other products from the same manufacturer. | |
Original Maker | The maker of the part. | |
Series Name | The name of the series. | |
Series- part number | A Series Part Number is a part number which is assigned among other part numbers while a series is set. | |
Update Date | Calculated according to the configuration of the [Vendor Notification Settings]. | |
Verification Status | The Verification Status of the REACH Survey. There are currently 7 types of the Verification Status. | |
Deadline | The last modified time. |
Verification Status
There are currently 7 types of the Verification Status for REACH Survey:
- New Case: The newly issued REACH Survey from buyer.
- Verifying: The REACH Survey completed and submitted by supplier.
- Approved: The REACH Survey approved by the buyer.
- Approved(Series-part): The REACH Survey approved by buyer based on the series part.
- Rejected: The REACH Survey rejected and returned to supplier by buyer after verification.
- Rejected(Revised Version): The new version of the REACH Survey issued and returned back to supplier for investigation.
- Verifying(Revised Version): The new version of the REACH Survey completed and submitted by supplier.
You may search for all types of the Verification Status by selecting none/all of the boxes, or select the ones needed.

Columns and Description

Proof File | The proof file of the REACH Survey such as REACH Test Report or REACH Compliance/Certificate. | The requirement is set by buyer. If it shows a red asterisk next to it, it is required. |
Supplier Memo | Supplier memo written by the supplier. | Optional |
Previous Supplier Memo | The previous verification statement written by the verifier after verification. | Read-only |
Verification Statement | The verification statement written by the verifier after verification. | Read-only |
Substances Columns and Description
Column | Description | Remark |

Serial Number | There is a serial number for every substance. | Displayed by order. |
Substance Name (En) | The Substance Name displayed in English. | |
Substance Name (Ch) | The Substance Name displayed in Chinese. | |
Contained | Whether the part contains the substance: YES, NO | Select [Yes] to be able to fill in the rest of the fields. |
Unit | The unit that is used to calculate the test result for the substance. Such as ppm, ug/cm², ug/m²/week, mg and ug/m². ppm and µg/cm² are commonly seen. | |
Threshold | The threshold limit of the substances that meets the Green Policy requirement. | |
Status | Applicable- For substances that are required to declare the contained value, should it be contained. Note Applicable - For substances that are not required to declare the contained value whether it's contained or not. | |
Contained Value | The concentration of the substances contained in the part. | |
Contained Part | The name of the part which contains the substance. | |
Contained Reason | The reason why the part contains the substance. |
