Information
Suppliers are required to update expired or expiring commitment letters.

Searching Condition
You may search for certain Direct Material Survey by setting different conditions. The instructions are as follows:
| Column | Description | Remark |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer | The buyer's name. | Suppliers will be able to distinguish different buyers' names should you there are multiple forms/surveys from different buyers on this platform. |
| Document Title/Declaration Scope | The declaration scope of the certification of compliance, such as RoHS, REACH, Declaration of Compliance etc. | |
| Proof File | The proof file of the Certification of Compliance. | Click the file name to download the file you reference. |
| Declaration Target | The guaranteed subject in the Certification of Compliance datasheet can be distinguished based on specific part numbers, models, series, or the entire company. | |
| Document Version | There are three types of the document version: Original Manufacture, Supplier and Buyer. | |
| Document Date | The Document Date of the Certification of Compliance, also as a basis for requesting Certification of Compliance updates | |
| Deadline | A deadline calculated according to [Vendor Notification Settings]. (Should reply within X days after issued/reissued date; Should reply within Y days after rejection date; Document can be renewed Z days before expiration date.) Example: 2019/4/10 | |
| Update Date | The last modified time. | |
| Renewal Status | Update status of Certification of Compliance, including: Custom Expiration Date/Verification Status, Closed, New Document, Pending Renewal | New Document: When the MCD form is approved, a Certification of Compliance will be added under this function. Pending Renewal: The Certification of Compliance status will change to 'Pending Update' 15 days before the expiration date." Closed: Certification of Compliance that have been successfully updated. |

Verification Status
There are currently 5 types of the Verification Status for Certification of Compliance Update:
- None: New case, none of the following four actions has been taken yet.
- Editing: Not submitted for review, but the commitment letter is being updated.
- Verifying: The Certification of Compliance Update form completed by the supplier and submitted for review.
- Approved: The Certification of Compliance Update form rejected and returned to supplier by buyer after verification.
- Rejected: The Certification of Compliance Update form that has been reviewed and approved by the central factory.
The various query conditions above can be left unspecified (to query all data) or set with one or more conditions. The system will identify specific data that meets all the specified conditions. After setting, click 
to perform the query 
to reset.
Query Results
Query results for Certification of Compliance Update will be displayed in the table at the bottom right. You can handle individual records as needed, or operate as follows:
- Click on the title of the selected field to sort by particular order.
- To filter data based on specific conditions, click on the filter icon
, to the right of the system title field, set individual conditions for the query results, and further refine the filter. - Alternatively, click
at the top of the table to export the query results to a file.

- The part number displayed in the [Associated Part Numbers] on the editing page corresponds to the part number used in the Certification of Compliance before the update.
- Closed Certification of Compliance cannot be modified or deleted.
