Instruction of the supplier platform operating interface

This guide will explain the functions and usage precautions of the ezGPM.NET human-machine interface.
System main screen description
When you log in to the supplier platform, the following screen will appear. The relevant functions are explained as follows:
1. Function Column
Click the function bar on the left to enter all function operation pages on the platform. No matter which screen you are currently on, you can immediately go to the function screen after clicking it. If you want to collapse the function bar, you can click the icon above the function bar or the icon in the upper right corner of the window , collapse the function bar to the left side of the screen, and click the icon again to expand the function bar.
Edit and Reply
Supplier users can query, fill in and respond to various surveys issued by the buyer here: MCD forms, REACH forms, and update the ingredient list and test report version information in the MCD survey form.
Document Center
The file library stores various information and attachment files during the investigation, such as Certification of Compliance, ICP report, Composition Datasheet and documents for reference during MCD investigations.
System Configuration
Under the system identification and authorization functions, you can view and modify enterprise and user account information.
Green Policy
You can check the specifications set by all platforms, such as RoHS 2.0, REACH SVHC, and exemption. They will be updated in real time according to regulations.
EZLearning
It is a platform teaching course area where you can watch operational teaching videos online, such as: creating file library information, responding to surveys and other functional operations.
2. User Information Data
Login Target
After logging into the system, it will display the platform company code + company name according to the company which your account belongs. If your company is connected to multiple customers (buyer), and they all have the same user and are set as a group, user can click to switch operation object, after opening the [Operation Object] window, click the button on the left of the [Corresponding Buyer] you want to log in to switch.
When calling or writing to customer service, please provide the operation object number, and the customer service staff will assist you online to assist you in querying and solving the problem.
Language Switch
Click the language drop-down list to set the displayed text to your preferred language. There are three options: Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English.
Log out
Click this arrow pattern to log out of the platform.
If there is no action for more than 20 minutes, the system will automatically log out! Please keep the good habit of archiving.
3. Navigation bar and permanent function
There are [Feedback] button at the top of every screen on the platform. You can click to ask questions online in real time.
- Feedback: The feedback function allows customer service to assist in solving the problem. The reply will be sent to your mailbox and can also be viewed on the platform.
- Location: Prompts the current function page location.
4. Workspace
There are five work tabs in the upper part of the workspace: Bulletin, Download, To-Do List, Feedback Records and Version Info. The description is as follows:
- Bulletin:This list is announcements issued by system manufacturers. If your account has been linked to multiple system manufacturers, all announcements will be displayed here. The content here will also be sent to each user by email at the same time as the announcement.
Announcement read reply function
If the system factory has enabled the announcement reading receipt function, the button will be displayed on newly released announcements. You need to click this button to indicate that you have read the announcement for review by the buyer.
The publisher, time and date are displayed in this list, and additional files can be downloaded.
- Download: When the system manufacturer releases an announcement, if the attachment is also posted in the [Download] area, it will be displayed here, allowing suppliers to browse and download the required files more conveniently.
- To-Do List: The number of matters that should be responded to and under review will be displayed in the to-do list. Click the number in the list to go to the list page of the matter. For example: click the number 3 on the right side of the MCD table to go to the 3 MCDs [To-do list] screen. The system will send to-do notifications to the user's mailbox every day.
- Feedback Records: A record of unclosed issues in [Feedback] will be displayed here. You can check customer service's answers and confirm the closure here.

- Version Info: The purchased version information of the currently used NET system will be displayed here.
Query result list operation
In the operation function of ezGPM.NET, the data query results will mostly be presented in a table. The relevant list operation function will be described below:
Custom Setting
Each query interface in the system has a personalized setting function, allowing you to customize the operating functions to better suit your operating habits.
Set as Home Page:ezGPM.NET system login default screen is to-do/announcement, you can set the most frequently used screen as the default login homepage.
Caution: This function will not take effect until the next login after setting.
Add to Shortcuts:If you have a specific operation function that you need to use frequently, you can add the current operation function to the list at the top of the platform screen.
My layout: In the list screen of query results, you can drag to change the order of the fields or change the width of the fields according to the needs of the view. If you want the current adjustment format to be retained, you can add it to My View next time. This format will be applied directly when clicked.
Export to Excel
You can export the query results on the screen to an Excel file.
Filter query results
Some important information fields have a data filtering function for query results. You can click the icon on the right side of the title, and the data filtering function screen will appear. The logic of condition setting is as follows the following:
Sorting
If you want to sort the data in a specific field, you can click on the field title and the list will be sorted in stroke order (from small to large). At this time, the field title bar will be marked. When you click the same title field again, the sorting will be changed to reverse order (large to small), and the field title will be marked with .
