ezGPM.NET provides Central Site Survey Form survey functions for the system site to complete the survey work on the supplier online.
operating instructions
The form survey is published by the system site, you can query by the system's to-do/Bulletin screen, or directly from the form to fill out the main screen query, the following steps:
- Log in to the ezGPM.NET , click on the left menu to function: Edit and Reply > Central site defined form , open the form on the right screen in the query screen.
- Click
queries all forms, or sets query criteria to query specific form records. - In the list of query results, click the blue-letter link of the first field [System site] , to enter the reply screen.
- Reply screen - In Basic Info., you need to reply to the survey items according to the form.
- If this form needs to feedback the system site to provide documents, please download the file at the template download, according to the system site requirements completed, please convert to the requirements format back to this survey form.
- Once you're filling it out, click
on the top of the form completes the form reply. - If you want to review the editing history of this form, you can click
on the form above to view the relevant information.
說明 System site requires the submit of the file if only data fill ed-in, you can directly fill out the file back. However, if you need to print or seal, you need to fill in the color scan as a PDF file , and then go back to the form to upload file.
