Function
The supplier platform sends various emails to suppliers based on different business scenarios, such as account activation emails, task notification emails, password-related emails, and more.
Email Explanation
Account activation
After confirming the need to collect green environmental data from suppliers, the buyer will create a new supplier user on the supplier platform. The user's email will receive an account activation email from GPM.NET containing the following information:
- Company Name
- Company ID
- User ID
- Password
The supplier can click on [To supply chain platform homepage] and log in using the provided account credentials from the email to respond to the survey form.
Reset Password Notice
"After the supplier user initiates the 'Forgot Password' procedure through the system login interface, the supplier platform will send a new password email to the supplier user's mailbox. The user can then log in using this new password.
To-Do List Notice
When the buyer sends a survey form to the supplier, and the supplier has not responded yet, the supplier platform will send daily reminder emails to the supplier's inbox as pending tasks. These emails include a list of survey forms pending response from the supplier. Please note that the content of the notification email may vary based on the buyer's settings.
Explanation of 'Expiration Status' Text
- Purple text [30 days expiration]: Expiration date - Today <= 30 and > 7.
- Orange text [Expiring Soon]: Expiration date - Today <= 7 and > 0."
- Red text [Overdue]: Expiration date < Today.
- Blank: Expiration date - Today > 30
Platform Notice
When the buyer or GPM.NET platform posts an announcement, the supplier platform sends an announcement notification email to the supplier's mailbox on the following day. The email contains detailed information about the announcement.
Feedback Reply
The supplier queries the customer service through the platform using the "Feedback" feature. Once the customer service responds, the platform notifies the supplier via email with the reply information.
Urgent parts
When the buyer requires an urgent response to a parts survey, they will send an email with the subject '[Urgent Survey Response Required]' to prompt the supplier to log in to the supplier platform promptly and respond to the survey.

When a supplier changes their usage platform, upon completion of the change, the system will send a notification email.
